Bird & Animal Encounters

Whether staying at our BED & Breakfast or Camp Ground you can visit OVER 400 birds housed in 45 aviaries PLUS all the Farm Park animals.  Emus, Kunekune pigs, goats, mini goats,, mini horses, alpacas, donkeys, geese, rare breed ducks, Blue Tongue Lizards, Bearded Dragons, Eastern Water Dragons, Turtles, Tortoises, NZ native geckos, too many to list here.

Our encounters include holding the Macaws, hand feeding the many lorikeets in our walk-in aviary, eel feeding, interacting with our many FARM PARK animals - all friendly and all love cuddles.

You really need to spend a good few hours visiting our park so bring the whole family, bring your yummy picnic or eat at our little Station Cafe (seasonal), or why not stay in our beautiful camp ground or Bed & Breakfast.

Pony rides are dependant on weather & ground conditions.. Bookings must be made in advance

Prices: Adults $8. Children over 5 years $3. Under 5's free. Family Pass- 2 adults/2 kids $20. Senior Citizens $6.
